That these are not just glitches in the consumer matrix with a promise of a quick fix, but this is the heart of the system. You will finally see that eventually the inconveniences you have tried so hard to ignore, are catching up with us everywhere. You will stop swallowing simple ‘facts’ and ‘fixes’ and you will see the hopium for what it is: a steady feed of blue pills. The whole picture of this dream actually resembles a nightmare: You will suddenly see the effects that your relentless pursuits, and lifestyle, have had on family, friendships and the natural environment. You will realize that you have been fed a steady stream of illusions of smiley, happy consumers through social media and corporate ads. Time to fly… you take the red pill - and you will rudely awaken. The environment remains someone else’s problem, as we can always go virtual, where the grass is greener, heck… we are already half way into this Meta Verse. But best of all, there are no limits to growth and thus you do not need to change your lifestyle, except for growth!. And you help to avoid a global economic collapse. You feel that by buying their stuff, you can be happy too. You assume that they have your best interests at heart, or if not that then at least that they will make sure that all your desires are satisfied. Between the chatter of your friends, about how great their life is, ideal companies present you with all the fixes that you need and that will make you happy. You digest your daily feed of social media, two blue variants to choose from: Ln, Fb. You will feel like a happy consumer, the worries and bad dreams will go away. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
